On the lower ground floor, which is accessed by stairs, there is a second apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and another open plan living room with a kitchenette, dining area and a cosy sitting area, complete with a wood burner stove. From the living room there is access to an outside terrace with another terrific view of the mountains and town below.

The electricity is proivided by solar panels and back-up generator. In terms of water, the mains water for the house comes from the village and the property has water rights for irrigation purposes.
