This great organic registered property is situated in a fabulous location. It is peaceful and quiet with a special energy. The land is spread over several terraces and planted with a variety of fruit tress and olives. There are two cortijos each with two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two fully functioning yurts (one with wood burning stove), compost WC's and outside showers, a large yoga platform, sauna and a covered swimming pool.
The whole property is run on solar panels, providing electricity for the houses and yurts, also solar water pumps for moving water around the finca and filling water tanks, solar hot water for both houses. There is around 11,000m2 of land between the two cortijos complete with irrigation system. The property has rights to a pozo (well) as well as excess acequia water, this is stored in an Alberca (concrete storage tank) also shared between the six neighbours. There is an existing business which could be negotiated if the new buyer wishes to continue.

Location
Lanjarón is a municipality and town in the Alpujarras area in the province of Granada in Andalusia, Spain. Lanjarón has a ruined castle and chalybeate baths. This spa town is most famous, however, for its eponymous bottled water company, the first ever established in Spain, whose products are sold throughout the country.
Situated in a prominent position outside of the town. Access via a good track mostly concreted. The property is within easy reach of the A44 motorway. The historic city of Granada can be reached in 30 minutes, the beaches of the Costa Tropical in 35 minutes and Malaga, with its airport, is just 90 minutes away.
