This beautiful 167 hectare country estate is located in the province of Córdoba, in the foothills of the Sierra Subbética, between the municipalities of Rute (5 km) and Iznájar (6 km). The property boasts 706 built m² of housing, 541 built m² of warehouses and agricultural outbuildings as well as a large, registered game reserve, a 19 hectare olive grove that produces quality olive oil, and an Iberian pig and goat farm.

Access to the farm is down a private concrete path. The main house is a two-story farmhouse. On the ground floor is a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room also with a fireplace, a large kitchen that has a large pantry and a wine cellar. The second floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has an alarm and video surveillance system. Outside, there is a large outdoor space with a cobblestone floor and a well-sized swimming pool with changing rooms, toilets and bar.
