The constructed area dedicated to housing is 706 m² and to warehouses for agricultural and livestock use there is and additional 541 m². The property enjoys a 19 hectare olive grove with great production of excellent quality oil (approximately 2000 olive trees). Currently the farm has an Iberian pig and goat farm too. The property has a 270-hectare game reserve with all the documentation in order and with permits to organize hunts.

 

A very important piece of information is that the supply and all consumption of electricity and water is completely free in perpetuity, due to a lifetime concession from the distribution companies.
