And secondly, the owner has productive groves which currently provide income: the finca has more than 5.000 olive trees in production, a cork oak pasture with more than 750 quintals of cork in the last harvest of 2020, two areas of chestnut groves and an orchard of almost half a hectare. The farm is registered in ecological agriculture, it is fenced all around with cattle mesh, with 14 interior fences and water points in all of them, making it ideal for keeping cattle too.

 

The property has plenty of water, both from two springs with their respective water pumps and one of them with a pool or cistern, as well as a borehole well. The property has electricity, buried throughout the property, reaching different points of access.
