Description

This is a renovated 4 bedroom town house with a very large garden, is situated in the small town of Cadiar. The renovation is thoughtfully completed retaining many of the traditional features including chestnut ceiling beams and thick stone walls.

The main entrance is on a quiet street and at the side of the house, are double iron gates leading to the garden. There is also access to the garden through the house.

On entering, a small hall leads to a living room, through which there is a shower room with wc and access to a large double bedroom. This bedroom has steps to a seating area, an alcove that could be used as a wardrobe and a door leading to a terrace and the garden.

Also from the living room is a beautiful archway leading to the dining room, which has many unusual features including the original feeding trough, dating back years, to when the room was used for keeping animals.

From this room, to the front of the house is another living room with a wood burner. To the back of the house is a small auxiliary kitchen area with a washing machine and traditional washbasin and a door leading to the garden.

The first floor has a large landing giving access to three further double bedrooms, the family bathroom, a dining area and main kitchen. There is also another room, currently used for storage that has many possibilities for different usage.  A door leads outside to a raised terrace with stone steps down to the garden and steps up to the top floor. This level is for storage and gives access to a large roof terrace that has fantastic views of Cadiar and the surrounding mountains.

To the rear of the house is a large paved terrace with a shaded seating area perfect for bbq’s and al fresco dining. This opens up to a large mainly grassed, walled garden with trees, a water deposit and irrigation channels.

The property has mains electricity, water and drainage and is for sale fully furnished.
