To the left of the office area is a larger double bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes and the benefit of an ensuite shower room.

 

Outside the property is a storeroom and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

 

As previously stated the land directly surrounding the property is flat, has a brick built wood store and is fenced. There is also a lower larger terrace attached.

 

The property is in excellent condition, is connected to mains electricity and has a water deposit.
