Description

This unique tourist complex, nestled in the Sierra de Aracena foothills, spans 7 hectares and offers breathtaking views surrounded by pristine nature. It features meticulously designed accommodations, event spaces, and ample potential for expansion. 


Constructed in 2005, the housing includes three active rural tourism units with a capacity for 18 to 20 guests. These units provide comfortable living spaces, including bedrooms, an open-plan living area, a dining space, and a kitchen. Approved plans allow for the construction of three more independent houses, each with its own water and electricity connections.


The exterior spaces boast a spacious events area accommodating approximately 350 people, both indoors and on an outdoor terrace with stunning views of the Huelva mountains. Guests can also relax on a covered terrace overlooking the valley. Additionally, there’s an indoor heated pool or jacuzzi for leisure, and parking space for 80 cars within the grounds.


Utilities include solar-powered electricity (with the option to connect to mains electricity nearby) and abundant water supply from three wells and two springs.


The complex is located 70 km from the coast and 110 km from Sevilla, with nearby towns like Zufre (a 7-minute drive) and Aracena (30 minutes away) offering amenities and services.

 

This well-equipped complex combines over 900 m² of built space with privileged natural surroundings, making it an ideal venture for those seeking a turnkey country retreat within reach of Sevilla.
