Description

This two bedroom property is situated on the edge of a small hamlet, of approximately ten houses, close to the village of Valor. The access is good via a small tarmac road and there is parking on the property. Valor is a 5-minute drive and has all the amenities needed for everyday living. The small town of Ugijar is about 20 minutes away and offers more choice of shops and café bars etc.

There is also a second bedroom next to the bathroom. Located to the rear of the property is a laundry room and a separate small building for storage.

 

The grounds directly around the property are paved with plenty of room for relaxing and dining. The view is stunning and the remainder of the land is mainly terraced, connected by rustic steps, giving private secluded areas.

 

The property, in excellent condition, has mains electricity and water is via a shared water deposit.

 

There is a plot of land nearby below the nearby village Nechite which is approx 10,000m2, should anyone be interested. It has a couple of large flat terraces and a smaller one, also some olive trees.
