Apart from the main house, the estate also enjoys additional accommodation. From the main house, there is access through an interior patio with orange trees to separate guest accommodation of two bedrooms and a bathroom, and to a second, caretaker's house with four bedrooms and a bathroom.

 

Along the access road that leads to the main house is a shed with different compartments for different uses, such as horse boxes, storage rooms and spaces for the process of making one's own wine.

 

Electricity is completely supplied by solar energy, with photovoltaic panels and batteries (Lithium) of the latest generation with an efficiency of 5.500 Kw. In the case of an incident or extra consumption, there is an auxiliary generator that starts up automatically as required. The water supply to the buildings and orchard is provided by a spring and well, which together with the photovoltaic installation, make this complex an eco-sustainable estate, completely self-sufficient and without supply costs. The property has a wastewater treatment system in place.

 

The property is along a track of about 5 minutes drive from the nearest road. The access track requires a vehicle with 4x4, well worth it given the property's unique and private location in a natural park and with no near neighbours, yet so close to the city of Malaga and its coasts (20 - 30 minutes drive).
