Description

The main restaurant/bar building is open plan and has many windows so it is light and airy providing a wonderful place to relax and dine. It has a main dining area, a sitting area, a guest reception area and a professional kitchen. There is a purpose built well stocked bar with professional wine storage. The room has an air conditioning system, an open fireplace, rustic stone features and wood cladding giving it a warm and welcoming feel. There are separate men’s, women’s and reduced mobility toilets.

 

The large professional kitchen is a dream for chefs, fully fitted with stainless steel appliances, preparation tables, refrigerators, freezers, three stoves, a gas oven and a six tray convection oven. A door leads outside to a large height adjustable barbeque and a long marble topped bar. This is to serve a 100m² paved terrace with wonderful views, ideal for outdoor dining, fiestas and functions.

 

The pool, measuring 7,5m x 3m x 5m has ample room for relaxing and sunbathing with views of mountains and villages in the distance.

 

As previously mentioned the whole complex is built to a very high standard with mains electricity, its own chlorination system for drinking water, laundry room etc. indeed everything needed for the business to be to be run on site.

 

The surrounding land, perfect for growing vegetables has established olive trees. There is a large hard standing/carpark to the side of the main building allowing visitors easy access to the facilities.

 

The current owner, a highly trained chef, has indicated that he would be willing to discuss working alongside new owners, for a period to train them in running the business.

 

Laroles village, only a 8 minutes’ drive away has more amenities including cafe/bars/restaurants, supermarket, bank, petrol station and camping. Puerto de la Ragua  http://www.puertodelaragua.com/ is a 25 minute drive away.
