Outside the pool area is charming, there is a toilet for use when outdoors and under the covered porches are day beds for hot afternoons.

 

Mains electricity and water are connected.

 

The property is entered via a short (450 metres) hard earth track which passes a natural spring. Beside the entrance is an outbuilding and at the end of the house itself is a tall covered porch ideal for use as a car port.
